Gaimaeah

Pronunciation:  gai-MAY-uh

Occurrences:  2

First Reference:  5th Endowment 1:59

Now Areta saw in the future the world of Gaimaeah, a celestial world of the Shem El Koreem; and going forth she beheld the broken cities cast down in ruin, long forsaken; and all that once was beautiful was overgrown and fastly held in the iron grip of large and tangled vines; and dust and decay lay claim to ancient glories.

See:  Areta, Shem El Koreem

Summary:  In an effort to determine the vitality of Heaven, Areta — the Supreme Mother of creation — glimpsed into the distant future to see whether or not the Celestial realms could withstand the threat of mediocrity and complacency. Casting her gaze upon the world of Gaimaeah, one of three worlds residing in the Celestial realms of Shem El Koreem, she was dismayed to discover that all had fallen into decay and ruin (5:1:57-64).
