Notes/References:

Now there entered the city of Komoru a good and gracious man, being called himself, Noaeya the son of Kishkah; and all which came to know him found in him a man of love and gentle laughter, being in his soul touched by a deep and happy calm.

4th Endowment 10:7

Then did Noaeya turn himself to leave, and there followed after him the magistrate, and with the magistrate came also one third of all the rulers; and for two score and seven years did Noaeya teach in the regions of Komoru, Besoree, Aconah, Cyrenne and Gillannidus.
