Summary: Nero was the last Roman emperor of the Julio-Claudian dynasty, reigning
from 54–-68 CE. According to Azrael’s Commentary, “Cephas was crucified in Rome in
65 CE, under the orders of Nero.” (AZC - Cephas).

[...] After her husband’s suicide, Claudia first returned to Rome where she lived
quietly, devoting herself to helping the poor and building up the church of believers.
However, during the reign of Nero in 61 CE, Claudia escaped Rome and returned to
Caesarea where she lived until her death.
