Occurrences:  4

First Reference:  4th Endowment 20:57

And Moshe became a writer of commentaries and a teacher of godly things; and when he was sixty years of age he was elected the Presiding Patriarch of the Solemn Assembly of believers.

See:  Council of Lords, General Assembly, Terralee

Summary:  On the mortal world of Terralee, there came to be established among the General Assembly of believers an organizational body called the “Solemn Assembly”. Comprised of Patriarchs and Matriarchs from various cities, members of the Solemn Assembly arose from the membership of the General Assembly (4:20:57-59). An even more distinguished committee existed called the “Council of Lords”, which ruling council was comprised of thirty-five Patriarchs and thirty-five Matriarchs (4:24:1-2).

The great teacher and dispensational leader, Moshe, was elected as the forty-ninth Presiding Patriarch of the Solemn Assembly when he was sixty years old (4:20:57).

And on the seventh day of the first month of Kishloo, there was convened some one hundred and thirty thousand believers who would see for themselves the ordination and setting apart of Moshe, becoming himself the forty-ninth Presiding Patriarch of the Solemn Assembly.

4th Endowment 20:57-59

For at no time had any man or woman memorized word for word the ‘Book of God’, or memorized also with equal zeal the nine commentaries of Moshe; and there came from out of the Solemn Assembly, many scholars which would converse with him on every subject, being anxious themselves to test him.
