EROEL

What is EROEL?

The term “Eroel” [ĕr’-ō-ĕl] refers to gnosis (see Glossary entry). Gnosis is the sacred knowledge of God and the eternal that is found both beyond and within. Eroel then refers to both the sacred knowledge of God as contained in the Song of God, as well as the living pearl of gnosis and mystery that resides in the children of God.

You may recall the parable given by Yeshua of Nazareth:

Hear now and ponder deeply, for the kingdom of Heaven is like unto a treasure hidden in a field, for which a man, when he finds it, leaps for joy; and selling all which he has to purchase the field, takes the treasure unto himself.

Again, the kingdom of Heaven is like a merchant seeking goodly pearls, and finding one of great price, he went and sold all which he had, and bought it.

You are the treasure hid in the earth, you are the pearl beyond price or measure, for I tell you truly, that the kingdom of Heaven is within you and you are unable to perceive it.

~ Yeshua 9:30-32

There is inside of you, something wondrous, eternal and divine. No church can give it to you, no man can take it away. This sacred pearl is yours by right of birth, and in finding it, you will find your Self — you will find God.

EROEL- The Living Pearl of Gnosis is a thought-provoking video series that introduces a radical, yet reasonable framework for understanding God and our place in the universe.

Join Archie D. Wood as he describes the events leading up to June 19, 1979, and learn what inspired his 28-year authorship of a new book of scripture, the Song of God. Bold and engaging, the EROEL series addresses a diverse range of issues relevant not only to those affected by the Mormon church, but to anyone seeking knowledge and truth.
