Summary: Mentioned only in Azrael’s Commentary, Caius Quintus Drakonus was the forty-first Emperor of Drakonia and father of Maximillius Drakonus. Behind the murder of Caius Quintus was the conspiring hand of Maximillius, who, as a result of his father’s death, became the Emperor of Drakonia at the age of twenty-four (AZC — Maximillius Drakonus).
