Caligula (Fortress)

First would I have you send through open channels, a message unto the Fortress of Caligula, saying that there has come to your rescue, some two hundred thousand men of war; being themselves the warriors of the Praetorium; this message will the Chen most likely hear.

Summary:  During the First Track of the world of the First Power, the Fortress of Caligula was likely the next closest fortress to that of Octavius, located in present-day Alaska. When Kronus Maximillius arrived at Octavius to defend the area against encroaching armies of the Chen, he ordered a misleading message be sent to the fortress of Caligula with the intent of providing the Chen with false information (3:16:22).
