Thus to guard well the fractals of time which moved within each prime, Mahaleenah did set about them the seals of Mahali-Kadass; causing that each fractal should be separate and sovereign from every other fractal of time, yet within the Tael were all made to appear as one in purpose and deep design.

Summary: Little is known about the seals of Mahali-Kadass, other than what is revealed in scripture. During the creation process of the kingdom of the Ahgendai (5:12:1-76), Mahaleenah separated the many fractals of linear time within the twenty-four dimensions of spacetime, referred to as the ‘Zimagayah’ (5:12:13). She used or created the seals of Mahali-Kadass to isolate each fractal, to make them each sovereign from every other fractal. According to scripture, all fractals maintained a unified purpose and design within the Tael, despite installation of the seals. Other seals mentioned in scripture are the seals of ‘Wabbisura’ (6:12:2).
