Summary: During the First Track of the world of the First Power, Marcus Lucius Drakonus was an early Emperor of the Drakonian Empire who was assassinated by his own Praetorian Guard. The Emperor who replaced him formed the elite military group of Drakonian state police known as the Stazzi (AZC — Stazzi).

The state secret police, created after the assassination of the Emperor, Marcus Lucius Drakonus, by his own Praetorian Guard in the year 142 I.E. (Imperial Era). After the assassination the new Emperor had all 6,000 men of the Praetorian Guard put to death, and a new Praetorian Guard was created to guard the Emperor. To watch over the new Praetorian Guard the Stazzi were created and many of their members were infiltrated into the ranks of this elite guard. Their mandate was simple: safeguard the Emperor against plots of treason and treachery. [...]
