Summary: Victor Germanicus was one of five commanders chosen by Manegus Acquilla and Kronus Maximillius to lead men in battle against the armies of the Chen who had launched an attack against the regions of northern Drakonia (3:16:2). Kronus and his men proved victorious in defending the Fortress Octavius and defeating the great Chen commander, Ahgi Wynnaki (3:16:1—3:17:7).
