Summary: Most commonly referred to as “Ahman”, Noeiel is the presiding Heavenly Father of the first and oldest Celestial realm, referred to as the Council of Elohim (5:13:39). He, along with his Beloved Galendriel, serve as the co-Ahmans of Elohim.

Ahman is identified as Noeiel only a single time in scripture. In all other instances, he is designated by the title “Ahman”, or the name “Melchizedek”.
